Liability for Shipping Loss or Damage
Art of Gunnar/ Gunnar Gaylord II ] is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.
To help protect your purchase:
• Lost Items: If your shipment is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist with any necessary documentation.
• Damaged Items: If your artwork arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may, at our discretion, offer a repair, replacement, or refund based on the circumstances.
We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for all original artworks to cover potential loss or damage.
