1. Non-Refundable Artwork

All sales of original artwork, limited editions, and commissioned pieces are final. These items are non-refundable due to their unique and custom nature.

2. 7-Day Inspection Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect your artwork and notify us of any issues.

• If the artwork is damaged during shipping, please contact us within this 7-day period with:

• Photos of the damaged artwork.

• Photos of the packaging materials.

• Claims made after the 7-day inspection period will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Liability

3.1 Lost Shipments:

Art of Gunnar/Gunnar Gaylord II is not liable for items lost during shipping. If your shipment is lost, please file a claim with the shipping carrier. We can provide documentation to assist in the claim process.

3.2 Damaged Shipments:

If your artwork is damaged during shipping:

• Notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence of the damage.

• Based on the circumstances, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. At our discretion, we may offer:

• A repair of the artwork.

• A replacement (if applicable).

• A partial or full refund.

3.3 Shipping Insurance:

We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your order to protect against potential loss or damage.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

• The artwork was damaged during shipping, and the claim was submitted within the 7-day inspection period.

• The item received is significantly different from the description provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

• Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences or lighting.
